Nicholas Hildyard, our director of faculty and founder of the academy began his education in music at age 5. He studied classical piano and achieved ARCT level at the Royal Conservatory of Music, in Toronto, Canada . He was the recipeint of many awards, scholarships and certificates before attending the Humber College jazz piano program and pursuing a professional music career. Nicholas then followed path as a recording artist and performer a professional performer with various artists over his 30 plus year career. He has performed with countless international artists and is a principal performer with the highly acclaimed Classic Albums Live concert series based out of Toronto, Canada. Nicholas resides in Mount Dora and has a passion for teaching, which he began at age 16. As a premier musician and teacher, Nicholas is excited about sharing his knowledge, experience and passion for music with students of all ages and to help them pursue their dreams .
